Under FOB, we deliver the goods on board at the agreed port; under EXW, the goods are made available for collection at our factory. The responsibilities for each option are specified in the quotation.
Will the reception desk arrive fully assembled?
Yes. Our reception desks are supplied fully assembled. Customers arrange their own freight, on-site placement, and any required electrical connections. SORVENO does not provide on-site installation services.
What happens if there is a quality issue?
SORVENO provides after-sales support for reported product quality issues. Each case will be reviewed based on the order details and agreed purchase terms.
