Questions, answered.
A practical starting point for your custom commercial furniture project.
Your project details always guide the final specifications and quotation.
Getting started & quotations
What does SORVENO make?
SORVENO focuses on custom reception desks, hotel front desks, bar counters, retail display fixtures and commercial casework. Share your drawings or reference images so we can review the scope of your project.
Who do you work with?
We work with designers, contractors, FF&E and project procurement teams, commercial furniture dealers and space owners. The starting point is the furniture and manufacturing scope required for the project.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Please share drawings or reference images, available dimensions, quantity, preferred materials, intended use, destination and your target schedule. If some details are still undecided, let us know what needs to be reviewed. Use our Contact Us page to keep your project information together.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Please tell us the quantity you need. Any minimum quantity or production requirement depends on the design, materials and manufacturing process, and is confirmed as part of the quotation.
Customization & materials
Can the size, shape and layout be customized?
Dimensions, straight or curved configurations and functional details can be discussed around your space. Feasibility and final specifications are reviewed for the individual product before production.
Can you work from our own drawings or reference images?
Yes. Share the drawings, reference images and functional requirements you already have. We will review the information with you and identify dimensions, construction details or other items that still need confirmation.
Which materials and finishes can I discuss?
Depending on the product, options may include wood and panel materials, stainless steel, stone and coordinated surface finishes. The material grade, appearance and suitability for the intended use are confirmed for each project.
How are materials and design details confirmed?
Agree the required drawings, finish references and any sample review with our team as part of the project scope. Production specifications should record the approved dimensions, materials and key details. Sample availability, fees and timing are confirmed separately when applicable.
Production & planning
How long does production take?
The schedule depends on the design, materials, quantity and approval requirements. Share your target date early so feasibility can be reviewed. The agreed production schedule is confirmed for your order; a website example is not a delivery commitment.
Can I change the details after confirmation?
Contact our team before requesting a change to an approved specification. We need to review the production status and the effect on materials, cost and timing before confirming whether the change can be made.
How are assembly and on-site placement handled?
Confirm the assembly format, handling requirements, site access and any electrical connections during the project review. The quotation and order agreement define the manufacturing and handover scope; on-site installation should not be assumed to be included.
Shipping & trade terms
Can I inquire about an overseas project?
Yes. Please include the destination country and city, product requirements and quantity. The applicable supply scope, logistics arrangements and trade terms need to be confirmed for your project.
Is international freight included in the price?
International freight is not included by default. Please confirm the freight arrangement, costs and responsibilities against the quotation and agreed trade terms before placing an order.
Which trade terms can be discussed?
EXW and FOB quotations can be discussed for the project. The selected terms, agreed location or port and responsibilities must be confirmed in the quotation and order agreement.
What should I check before the furniture arrives?
Review access dimensions, unloading and handling arrangements, the intended position and any site requirements against the confirmed product information. Raise any access or placement constraints during the project review rather than after shipment.
Documents & after-sales support
How can I share drawings and project files?
Use the drawing upload area or file-sharing link field on the Contact Us page. For a shared link, make sure the relevant files can be accessed by the intended recipient. If a file cannot be uploaded, include a shareable link in your project requirements.
What should I do if I find a quality issue?
Contact our team with the order reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs or video. The case will be reviewed against the confirmed specifications and agreed order terms so the appropriate next steps can be discussed.
How should I care for the finished furniture?
Care requirements depend on the actual material and surface finish. Ask for guidance that matches the confirmed product specification, and check suitability before applying a cleaning or maintenance product.
