We offer FOB (Free On Board) and EXW (Ex Works) quotations. International freight is not included and must be arranged and paid for by the buyer. Under FOB, we deliver the goods on board at the agreed port; under EXW, the goods are made available for collection at our factory. The responsibilities for each option are specified in the quotation.
Will the reception desk arrive fully assembled?
Yes. Our reception desks are supplied fully assembled. Customers arrange their own freight, on-site placement, and any required electrical connections. SORVENO does not provide on-site installation services.
